501(c)(3) Documents
The following list provides links to governing documents for the WAC Clearinghouse’s status as a 501(c)(3) organization. Effective July 2024, the Clearinghouse is registered with the Colorado Department of State as a nonprofit business corporation. The application for 501(c)(3) status is currently pending with the Federal government.
